<dc:title>Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Combined with Stabilized Fertilizer on Phosphorus Transformation and Microbial Properties in Albic Soil</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.46337</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset is derived from a pot-controlled experiment designed to investigate the microbial regulatory mechanisms of phosphorus transformation in Albic soil under the combined application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and different fertilizers. Five treatments were established: no fertilization (CK), conventional chemical fertilizer (CF), stabilized compound fertilizer (SF), conventional chemical fertilizer + AMF (CFA), and stabilized compound fertilizer + AMF (SFA). The dataset includes the following contents:- Microbial community composition data: OTU/ASV abundance tables, taxonomic annotations, and &amp;alpha;/&amp;beta; diversity indices for bacteria and fungi, obtained via high-throughput sequencing (e.g., 16S rRNA gene and ITS sequences).- Functional prediction data: Predicted bacterial functional pathways (e.g., KEGG orthologous groups) using tools such as PICRUSt2, and fungal functional groups using tools such as FUNGuild.- Associated environmental factor data: Corresponding physicochemical properties of samples, including soil available phosphorus content and acid/alkaline phosphatase activities.Data value:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This dataset systematically reflects the changes in microbial community structure, network stability, and functional metabolism in Albic soil under the synergistic effect of AMF and stabilized compound fertilizer. It provides fundamental data for a deeper understanding of the microbial mechanisms driving phosphorus mobilization in low-yield soils and offers a reference for optimizing novel fertilizer combination strategies.Data format:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Includes abundance tables in `.csv` format, diversity and functional prediction results in `.xlsx` format, along with accompanying metadata description files.</dc:description>
