<dc:description>A method for preparing a microbial-enzyme synergistic fermented yellow silage straw feed that does not freeze at 10°C, which relates to or preparing yellow silage feed, and is intended to solve the technical problem of yellow silage feed freezing under sub-zero low temperatures in winter, thereby affecting fermentation. This method involveormly mixing corn straw with a composite antifreeze fermentation agent to obtain raw material; and then placing the raw material in a silage bag for fermentation in the dark to obtainthe product, wherein the composite antifreeze fermentation agent is formed by mixing a microbial agent, active enzymes, urea solution, and sugar; the microbial agent is a mixof *Bacillus subtilis* subsp. *subtilis*, *Bacillus licheniformis*, *Lactobacillus plantarum*, aactobacillus johnsonii*; the active enzymes are a mixture of cellulase, laccase, xylanase, pectinase, and β-glase; and the urea solution has a mass percentage concentration of 30% to 35%. The yellow silage feed prepared by this method does not freeze and fermentlly, and can be used in the field of winter feed preparation in cold regions.</dc:description>
