<dc:description>This dataset comprehensively, systematically, and meticulously records the "reducing concentrate and increasing forage" novel green beef cattle frming model, along with the core scientific parameters and multi-dimensional test indicators across the entire cycle of supporting fecal waste ultra-high temperature fermentation and resource utilization. In terms of basic composition, ataset spans multiple disciplinary fields, including feed engineering, animal physiological health, livestock product processing, and environmental ecology. Specific parameters detail the dynamic fermentation parameters of the initiating and yellow-stostraw in the front-end forage processing, the refined weight gain records and daily feeding amount tracking during the mid-end live beef cattle demonstration process, as well as blood biochemical indices reflecting nvironmental homeostasis and digestive metabolism characteristics of beef cattle, pH fluctuations of the rumen micro-ecological environment, and the component concentrations of volatile fatty acids (VFAsing terminal output, the dataset details organ weight indices reflecting meat production efficiency, meat quality measurement results combining macroscopic sensory and physicochemical properties, and precise quantitative profiles of long-chainty acids and free amino acids in muscle tissue at the molecular level. In terms of data precision, all biochemical measurements and weighing records were strictly obtained using high-precision analytical instruments, ientifically reasonable number of significant decimal places to ensure data rigor. Regarding data coverage, this dataset not only covers the complete time span from beef cattle acclimatization upon entry, throughg experiment, to final slaughter measurement, but also encompasses comprehensive characteristics ranging from micro-level rumen metabolites to macro-level live growth performance and meat flavor precursors, providing a-dimensional, and highly translational data support system for low-carbon green livestock farming and the ecological recycling of agricultural waste.</dc:description>
