<dc:description>This dataset integrates microbial diversity data from natural and agricultural soils in the Northeast China Black Soil Belt, covering two biological groups: bacteria and nematodes. Based on raw sequence data obtained through high-throughput amplicon sequencing (Illumina platform), bioinformatic analysis and diversity index calculations (including alpha diversity indices such as Shannon and PD, as well as beta diversity) were performed to generate visualisations characterising the community structure and diversity of soil bacteria and nematodes. The core components comprise visualisations of bacterial diversity in agricultural soils, bacterial diversity in natural soils, and nematode diversity in both agricultural and natural soils. The data is provided in PDF and CSV formats, comprising a total of three images and three tables. The total data size is 1.72 MB. The geographical coverage encompasses the entire scope of the Northeast China Black Soil Belt, with sampling sites including typical black soil areas in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning; the time period covers samples collected primarily in October 2019; and the taxonomic groups covered include soil bacterial communities and soil nematode communities. This dataset can be used directly for diversity comparisons, visualisation of community structure, illustrations in academic papers and presentations.</dc:description>
