2026-08-31 Dataset of nitrogen content and δ¹⁵N in various maize tissues and soils during different growth stages in two typical black soils of Northeast China doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.0018l en This dataset focuses on the measurement of δ¹⁵N and at% values in roots, stems, leaves, grains, corn cobs, and other tissues of maize at different growth stages (including jointing, large bell, silking, and maturity stages) in sandy soil and black soil of Northeast China. Concurrently, surface soils (0–20 cm) corresponding to each growth stage were subjected to aggregate fractionation, separating the surface soil into macroaggregates (2 mm–250 μm), microaggregates (250 μm–53 μm), and sand and silt fractions (<53 μm). The δ¹⁵N and at% values were also measured for the bulk surface soil, its aggregate size fractions, and the bulk subsoil (20–40 cm).
