<dc:description>The present invention provides a soil microbiota analysis method, related soil microbiota, and applications thereof. Based on long‑term located field soil experiments, the absolute quantification method is for the first time adopted to investigate the dynamic assembly rules of rhizosphere and endosphere microbiomes throughout the whole life cycle of plants, and the response characteristics of rhizosphere microbiomes to different fertilization treatments are studied. Combined with metagenomics, microbial isolation and culture, synthetic community and other approaches, this invention reveals the functional adaptation of rhizosphere microorganisms under varying fertilization conditions, as well as the mechanisms whereby they regulate legume plant growth. The present invention further provides compositions for improving soil chemical properties and soil microbiota, as well as synthetic artificial microbial communities capable of promoting the growth and biomass accumulation of legume plants.</dc:description>
