<dc:title>Intelligent Management and Decision Support System for Black Soil</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.001am</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset is designed to meet the significant strategic needs for the protection and sustainable utilization of black soil, and serves the research and application demonstration of the &amp;quot;Black Soil Protection and Utilization Science and Technology Innovation Project&amp;quot; project &amp;quot;Black Soil Intelligent Control and Decision Support System&amp;quot; (Project Number: XDA28060400). This dataset covers eight major categories: crop growth and yield estimation, vegetation coverage, precipitation, river water systems, population density, low-temperature cold damage, and soil types, involving core elements of black soil protection and utilization such as water, soil, air, life, and human factors.
The data space coverage is the black soil area in Northeast China, including typical black soil distribution areas in Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, Liaoning Province, and the eastern part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; the time span covers from 1961 to 2025. The crop growth and yield estimation data focus on the key growth periods of crops from 2017 to 2021 (each year from April to October), the long-term precipitation data cover the monthly scale from 1961 to 2022, and the rice cold damage index covers the daily scale in 2025.
The data formats include raster format (TIFF), ArcGIS map document format (.mxd, .msd), NetCDF grid format (.nc), text description format (.txt), spreadsheet format (.xlsx), and Python script format (.py). In terms of spatial resolution, the MODIS remote sensing derived products are 250m, the CN05.1 grid precipitation data are 0.25&amp;deg;&amp;times;0.25&amp;deg;, and the vector data match the accuracy standards of the national basic geographic information dataset.
This dataset contains a total of 8 data subsets, accompanied by complete naming descriptions, processing scripts, and statistical summary tables. All data have undergone unified projection, range clipping, and quality verification, and the data consistency and usability are good. It can directly support spatial analysis, simulation, and decision-making applications in scenarios such as black soil degradation diagnosis, cultivated land quality assessment, food security early warning, disaster emergency response, and intelligent recommendation of protective tillage measures.</dc:description>
