<dc:title>3.1.2 OTU data of bacteria and nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria in Erdaogou, Northeast China, in 2022</dc:title>

<dc:description>This dataset primarily focuses on the study of changes in microbial communities within farmland ecosystems, the analysis of soil carbon and nitrogen cycling mechanisms, and the evaluation of black soil fertility improvement. The data is based on an experimental demonstration area of "rice paddy-green manure-driven organic fertilization" established in 2022 at the Erdaogou Farm in Jiansanjiang, Heilongjiang Province. At a key milestone in the second year of the sub-project (XDA28030102), a systematic analysis was conducted on the rhizosphere soil of rice under the rice-algae symbiotic treatment model using high-throughput sequencing technologies (amplicon sequencing, etc.). This dataset mainly records the original sequencing sequences of the entire bacterial community (16S rRNA genes) and functional nitrogen-fixing cyanobacterial communities (nifH genes, etc.) in soil samples from the experimental area, along with species taxonomic unit (OTU/ASV) abundance tables and species annotation information. The data covers multiple sampling points within the demonstration area, intuitively reflecting the succession patterns of the microbial community structure in black soil and algal-inoculated soil under algal inoculation conditions, as well as the response mechanisms of core nitrogen-fixing groups. This provides crucial data support for elucidating the microbiological mechanisms by which the "rice-algae" model enhances soil organic matter and nutrient capacity.</dc:description>
