<dc:title>3.1.2 High-quality aquatic green manure cyanobacteria germplasm resources in white-slurry paddy soil of black soil region</dc:title>

<dc:description>This dataset is primarily designed to meet the needs of black soil conservation and utilization, soil microbial ecology, and the research and development of novel bio-fertilizers. The data originates from the sub-project "Rice Paddy-Green Manure Driven Organic Fertilization Technology" (XDA28030102) of the Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Category A), "Science and Technology Innovation Project for Black Soil Conservation and Utilization." Addressing the challenges of thin topsoil, declining organic matter content, and cold climate in the black soil region of Northeast China, the project team conducted extensive germplasm screening based on the Freshwater Algae Bank (FACHB) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and field collections in the black soil region. This dataset mainly records information on selected superior cyanobacteria species (such as *Anabaena* and *Nostoc*) suitable for growth in low-temperature environments and possessing efficient nitrogen-fixing capabilities, as well as aquatic green manure germplasm resources. The content includes the names and accession numbers of the algae species. This dataset compiles detailed profiles of 10-20 selected superior germplasm resources, forming the core biological resource foundation for constructing the "paddy field-green manure" soil fertility improvement technology model. It provides crucial germplasm support for improving black soil fertility and reducing fertilizer application while increasing efficiency.</dc:description>
