<dc:title>XDA28100502 - Agricultural Meteorological Disaster Monitoring Technology Patent</dc:title>

<dc:description>This dataset is built on multi-source data including multi-temporal remote sensing images such as Sentinel-2 and ground crop disease survey data. By fusing multi-source remote sensing imagery, an integrated data system for crop disease prediction and waterlogging disaster assessment is constructed. The dataset covers two core research themes:
(1) Crop Disease Prediction: Based on prior knowledge of rice blast pathogen distribution, the Plant Senescence Reflectance Index (PSRI) and Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) are adopted to develop the Rice Blast Index (RBI). Combined with habitat factors including Land Surface Temperature (LST), rainfall and historical survey data, a disaster assessment index DI is established to grade the severity of rice blast outbreaks.
(2) Waterlogging Disaster Impact Assessment: Five evaluation indicators—cumulative precipitation, terrain, river network density, crop type and crop vulnerability—are selected from three dimensions: hazard of disaster-causing factors, sensitivity of disaster-prone environments and vulnerability of hazard-bearing bodies. An assessment model is constructed to comprehensively evaluate crop waterlogging impact from 2020 to 2022, and regional crop yield datasets are used to verify the assessment outputs.
Spatially, this dataset covers key agricultural zones across the Sanjiang Plain, containing 7 raster datasets in TIFF format with a total volume of 1.41 GB. Specifically, the three crop disease raster datasets for Erdaohe Farm occupy 1.19 MB; the three crop disease raster datasets for Youyi Farm occupy 2.04 MB; the full-region crop waterlogging raster dataset covering the entire Sanjiang Plain accounts for 1.40 GB.</dc:description>
