<dc:title>Summary Report on Remote Sensing Parameter Calibration Technology for Black Soil</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.001fh</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This report summarizes the research outcomes of a sub‑project under the Strategic Priority Research Program (Class A) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Science and Technology Innovation Project for Black Soil Protection and Utilization. Aiming at quantitative remote‑sensing applications for black soil, this project addresses key challenges including on‑orbit radiometric degradation of satellite sensors, low operational calibration frequency and inconsistency among multi‑source remote‑sensing parameters. A multi‑dimensional spatiotemporal on‑orbit calibration system for space‑air‑ground remote‑sensing payloads is established. Key technologies such as high‑frequency high‑precision calibration based on global calibration‑site network and joint spectral‑radiometric on‑orbit calibration for hyperspectral payloads are developed. An integrated space‑air‑ground radiometric truth measurement scheme and multi‑scale validation methods are proposed, and a calibration data processing system is constructed. Validated by multi‑site calibration experiments and synchronous satellite‑ground observations over Northeast China black‑soil regions, the project achieves calibration frequency no less than 12 times per year, with total radiometric calibration uncertainty of 4.87%, satisfying the target of &amp;le;5%. Traceable and consistent hyperspectral remote‑sensing datasets are produced to support high‑accuracy retrieval of soil and crop biophysical‑chemical parameters, facilitating black‑soil protection and utilization.</dc:description>
