2024-08-27 A dataset of simulated spread trajectories of Cytospora canker in Xinjiang during 2013-2022 doi:10.57760/sciencedb.agriculture.00126 en This dataset includes simulated trajectory data from 22 Cytospora canker release source sites in Xinjiang from 2013 to 2022, with one folder corresponding to each source site and a total of 22 folders. Each folder has 2 parts: (1) month-by-month trajectory files (.tgs) for a total of 80 months from March to October each year over a 10-year period; and (2) trajectory files (.tgs, .shp) for each of the three seasons over a 10-year period, which were obtained after combining the month-by-month trajectory files according to the spring (March-May), summer (June-August), and fall (September-October).
