<dc:description>Pear ring rot is one of the main pear diseases caused by Botryosphaeria fungi, which mainly harms pear leaves, branches, and fruits, seriously affecting pear yield and quality, and causing significant economic losses to the industry. This study used in vitro leaf inoculation method to inoculate 519 F1 generation and 15 pear varieties of 4 pear hybrid combinations in 2025 with strains from three different regions. Data on lesion diameter were collected at 3, 5, 7, and 9 days after inoculation, and the resistance level of each F1 generation was evaluated according to the resistance grading standard. The results showed that the offspring of all hybrid combinations exhibited significant separation of resistance and susceptibility. This dataset will provide basic support for studying the genetic laws of pear ring stripe disease resistance, screening related molecular markers, discovering disease resistant genes, and laying the foundation for hybrid parent selection and disease resistant variety cultivation. </dc:description>
