2026-07-03 Spatio-temporal Assessment Dataset of Ecosystem Carbon Sequestration Supply and Demand at 1 km Grid Scale in Northern Shaanxi, 2000–2020 doi:10.57760/sciencedb.cjae.00165 en This dataset covers 25 counties and districts of Yan’an and Yulin in Northern Shaanxi as the study area. Using multi-source datasets of land use, climate, soil, population and carbon emissions for 2000, 2010 and 2020, we derived 1 km grid carbon supply and carbon demand layers via the InVEST Carbon Storage Model and a population density-based carbon emission accounting approach, and further calculated the Ecosystem Service Supply-Demand Ratio (ESDR). The dataset integrates land use transition matrices, county-level carbon supply and demand statistics, spatial autocorrelation outputs, as well as raw statistical data for all figures and tables. It enables reproducible research on the spatio-temporal evolution of ecosystem carbon sequestration services, spatial supply-demand mismatch, and spatial agglomeration patterns across the Loess Plateau.
