2026-07-25 Dataset of Plant Community Characteristics in the Grassland Ecosystems of Qinghai Province,China doi:10.57760/sciencedb.cjaeb.00008 en Systematic investigation and long-term monitoring of basic biodiversity data constitute the core foundation for advancing ecological conservation and restoration as well as the construction of ecological security barriers. To supplement the research data on biodiversity of major ecosystems in Qinghai Province, this paper compiled vegetation community survey data from 86 ecological quality monitoring plots of grassland ecosystems in Qinghai Province, covering 36 monitoring indicators such as plot geographic coordinates, community structure parameters, species composition, biomass and conservation level. A total of 271 herbaceous plant species are records in this dataset, which belong to 1 kingdom, 2 phyla, 3 classes, 24 orders, 40 families and 133 genera.
