<dc:description>As an emerging interdisciplinary field, hydrogen medicine has witnessed rapid progress in both basic research and clinical translation. Based on the Web of Science Core Collection database, this study employed CiteSpace visualization software to systematically review the literature on hydrogen medicine published from the inception of the database to July 3, 2025. Bibliometric methods including author collaboration network analysis, keyword co-occurrence and clustering, timezone mapping, and burst detection were applied to reveal the distribution of core research forces, knowledge evolution trajectories, research hotspots, and frontier trends in this field. The results indicate that hydrogen medicine research has established a multi-disease knowledge network centered on oxidative stress and reactive oxygen species scavenging as core mechanisms, encompassing various delivery modalities such as hydrogen-rich water and hydrogen inhalation. The research focus is currently shifting from basic mechanistic exploration toward clinical trials and the accumulation of evidence-based medical data. This review may serve as a reference for the scientific planning and clinical translation of emerging therapeutic technologies within the context of digital medicine.</dc:description>
