The dataset comprised total residue concentrations of five target herbicides—flumetsulam, oxadiazon, acetochlor, atrazine, and metolachlor—from 62 black soil samples, along with 12 soil functional parameters. Specific parameters included individual herbicide concentrations, soil multifunctionality index, microbial community richness and diversity, and relative abundances of key genera. This work provides new insights into the ecological impacts of prolonged herbicide exposure on black soil multifunctionality and microbial communities.
