<dc:title>New Task - 16S Sequence Dataset of Culturable Bacteria from Northeast Black Soil</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.01048</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset is derived from soybean rhizosphere soil samples (comprising both fresh and heat-treated dry soils) collected from the typical black soil region of Heilongjiang Province, encompassing soil microbial resources under various fertilization treatments. The primary isolation targets were culturable bacteria. Strain isolation and purification were performed using Luria-Bertani (LB) and Reasoner's 2A (R2A) media via serial dilution, spread-plating, and streak-plating techniques. The purified strains were subsequently cryopreserved in glycerol at -80&amp;deg;C. PCR amplification of the purified isolates was conducted using universal bacterial 16S rRNA primers (27F/1541R), followed by Sanger sequencing. Taxonomic annotation was accomplished by aligning the sequences against the Greengenes database using the BLAST tool. The final compiled data includes the assembled sequence files and detailed taxonomic annotation results, providing reliable baseline data to support research on microbial diversity in black soils.</dc:description>
