<dc:title>Soil Biological Health Survey Dataset of Different Crop Diversity Configuration Modes</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.01219</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset was obtained through a special survey on soil biological health under different crop diversity configuration modes, covering the Shenyang Demonstration Area and its associated regions, including key research areas such as the 30-mu core experimental zone in Heishan County. The survey focuses on the core dimensions of soil biological health, encompassing key indicators such as soil nematodes (total abundance, free-living nematode abundance, plant-parasitic nematode abundance, etc.), soil physical and chemical properties (pH value, organic matter content, etc.) and crop yield, and also includes detailed parameter descriptions of crop diversity configuration technologies.
The data were collected and experimentally processed via standardized scientific methods, with the survey period spanning from 2021 to 2024, and the geographical coordinates of the survey area being 122.005278&amp;deg; E and 41.720833&amp;deg; N. The data are stored in Excel format, consisting of 10 structured worksheets (Shenyang Demonstration Area, Introduction to Demonstration Plots, Core Indicators, Supporting Indicators, Benefit Indicators, Achievement Indicators, Analysis Methods, Data Summary, etc.). Among them, the core indicator worksheet clearly records the detection methods for each parameter (e.g., soil nematodes are extracted by the shallow dish method and counted under a microscope, while soil physical and chemical indicators are tested in accordance with national standards), and the data summary worksheet integrates the complete survey information.
Quality evaluation of the dataset from multiple aspects including data integrity, methodological standardization and indicator coverage shows that this dataset has strong representativeness for crop diversity configuration modes, comprehensive coverage of soil biological health indicators, and scientific and standardized detection methods. It can provide reliable data support for research on diversified crop planting and soil health management.</dc:description>
