<dc:title>Ecological effect evaluation report on the preparation of organic fertilizer from Auricularia auricula residue and its returning to field</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.01270</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>Based on the large amount of mushroom residue produced during the cultivation of Auricularia auricula, a continuous research system of ' mushroom residue-compost-returning-crop-soil microecology ' was constructed to systematically evaluate the comprehensive effects of two utilization modes of mushroom residue co-composting and direct returning on the physical and chemical properties, microbial community structure, crop yield and quality and environmental safety of black soil. The objectives of this study were to clarify the maturity and nutrient transformation characteristics of mushroom residue under different straw addition ratios, to analyze the influence mechanism of the difference in direct returning depth of mushroom residue on maize growth and soil ecological function, and to verify the regulation effect of mushroom residue organic fertilizer on the growth and active ingredient accumulation of medicinal plant Leonurus heterophyllus under greenhouse conditions, so as to construct a circular agricultural technology model that can be promoted.</dc:description>
