<dc:title>Report on high-value and efficient production mode of Auricularia auricula</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.iga.01276</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This data set is derived from the black soil granary science and technology competition project ' Auricularia auricula ecological high-value and high-efficiency characteristic production model demonstration ' task, which was formed in the experimental process of Auricularia auricula ecological cultivation model carried out in the demonstration base of Jilin Agricultural University. The data were mainly based on the systematic observation and experimental test results of the production performance, agronomic traits and nutritional quality of Auricularia auricula under different cultivation matrix formulations. The basic composition of the data set includes production performance data, fruiting body agronomic traits data, nutritional quality index data, and mineral element content data under different cultivation conditions. The main parameters include the maximum diameter of the ear piece, the minimum diameter of the ear piece, the thickness of the center of the ear piece, the weight of the single piece, the average single bag yield, the full bag time of the mycelium, the growth rate of the mycelium, the biological efficiency, the foaming rate and other production performance indicators, as well as the nutritional quality indicators such as total sugar, total polysaccharide, crude fiber, crude pectin, crude protein, crude fat and other nutritional quality indicators, including P, K, Mg, S and other mineral element content data. The data is mainly stored in the form of Excel tables, supplemented by technical report documents and related chart data.</dc:description>
