<dc:title>Soil metagenomics reveals reduced tillage improves soil functional profiles of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus cycling in bulk and rhizosphere soils</dc:title>

<dc:description>This dataset originates from soil samples collected from conservation tillage experimental plots at the Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Northeast China. It comprises raw metagenomic sequencing data, functional classification data, and soil physicochemical property data relating to microbial nutrient metabolism. The raw sequencing data is stored in fq.ga format, recording the sequencing read lengths for each sample. The deep integration of functional classification results with relative abundance data from metagenomic sequencing not only enhances the overall reliability of the dataset but also provides multi-dimensional cross-validation for the analysis of the ‘structure-function’ relationship in microorganisms. This integration strategy significantly improves the accuracy of the dataset, laying a solid scientific foundation for its application in relevant research fields.</dc:description>
