<dc:title>Preparation Method and Application of In-Situ Self-Assembled Flower-Like Spherical ZnCdIn₂S₄ Composite Photocatalyst</dc:title>

<dc:description>This patent discloses a one-step hydrothermal preparation method of an in-situ self-assembled flower-like spherical ZnCdIn₂S₄ composite photocatalyst and its application in the degradation of atrazine, aiming to solve the problem of low visible-light photocatalytic degradation efficiency of organic pollutants. Using zinc chloride, indium chloride, thioacetamide and different amounts of cadmium chloride as raw materials, the flower-like spherical composite material is prepared through hydrothermal reaction, washing and drying by regulating the molar ratio of Zn to Cd at 1–6. The material forms a p-n heterojunction and features a large specific surface area and abundant active sites, which enables efficient separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. Under visible light, it achieves a maximum atrazine degradation efficiency of 98.62% within 40 minutes, exhibiting excellent photocatalytic performance.</dc:description>
