In this study, we reported a complete human adenovirus 18 (AdV18) and adeno-associated virus 2 (AAV2) from a patient with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The AdV18 and AAV2 reported in our study showed 99.3% and 97.3% nucleotide identities with the previously reported ones, respectively. We documented the concurrent presence of non-replicative AAV2 along with its potential helper viruses AdV18 in fecal specimen from the patient following HSTC.
