2026-09-10 Dataset of the Automated Breast Ultrasound System (ABUS) for Breast Cancer Patients doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00104.00122 en The ABUS dataset contained two files stored in the folder, which are Malignant and Benign. In Malignant folder include each of case include ductal carcinoma in situ, invasive carcinoma, lobular carcinoma in situ and papillary carcinoma. In Benign folder include each of case including adenosis, columnar cell change, cyst, fibroadenoma, fibroadenomatoid chage, fibroadipose tissue, fibrocystic change, fibroepithelial lesion, granulomatous lymphadenitis, hyperplasia, papillary lesion and stromal fibrosis. The original image, ground truth image (image boundaries determined by radiologists), and masked image were obtained for each case in each folder.
