<dc:description>This dataset is about the high CO2 methanation activity and sintering resistance of Ni/CaO-ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst in the paper. The dataset includes two types: origin drawing data and PPT electron microscopy data. This study investigates the doping of additives in Ni/Al2O3 catalysts for CO2 methanation, including Ca and Zr additives, for a total of four catalysts. Including activity testing under reaction conditions of 3MPa, 30000 mL/(g · h), 200-350 ° C, aging treatment testing at 0.1MPa, 600 ° C for up to 200 hours, as well as activity testing after aging treatment and corresponding characterization. These data reveal the mechanism of action of Ca and Zr additives on activity and sintering resistance, providing new strategies for additive design. </dc:description>
