<dc:title>A Dataset for Structural Characterization and Low-Pressure CO₂ Capture of CNF-Reinforced &amp;gamma;-AlOOH Aerogels</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00125.0009a</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The dataset includes experimental results for the synthesis and characterization of &amp;gamma;-AlOOH and TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofiber (CNF)-reinforced aluminum hydroxide&amp;ndash;methoxide aerogels, including XRD, FTIR, N2 adsorption&amp;ndash;desorption, BET surface area, pore-size distribution, FE-SEM/EDS, elemental mapping, TEM, XPS, and TGA data. It also contains low-pressure CO₂ adsorption isotherms at 273&amp;ndash;298 K, adsorption-isotherm modeling using Langmuir, Freundlich, Dubinin&amp;ndash;Radushkevich, and Temkin models, isosteric heat of adsorption, CO₂-TPD profiles, and ten-cycle adsorption&amp;ndash;desorption data. The dataset supports analysis of the relationships between CNF incorporation, phase evolution, hierarchical mesoporosity, surface functional groups, and CO2 adsorption performance. The ACF-10% aerogel exhibits approximately 1.25 mmol/g CO2 uptake at 273 K and 1.1 bar and retains more than 96% of its initial capacity after ten cycles.</dc:description>
