2025-08-05 Chromosome-level genome assembly of flea beetle Asiophrida xanthospilota (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00139.00247 en Chromosome-level genome assembly was determined for flea beetle Asiophrida xanthospilota (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), which has the ability to perform a huge jump, using the short-read and long-red sequencing platforms as well as the Hi-C technology. The sequencing platforms included Illumina HiSeq 2000, Illumina NovaSeq 6000, Illumina MiSeq, and Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT). Beetle samples were collected from Beijing during 2020-2023. Whole-body tissues of male and female adults were sequenced for genome (and RNA-seq for annotation).
