The study aims to investigate the role of lymphatic endothelial cell (LEC)-specific Icam1 in regulating immune responses and cardiac remodeling.Cardiac ventricular tissues were collected from both control and Icam1 conditional knockout (Icam1cko) mice at 3, 7, 21, and 42 days post-MI.
