<dc:title>DYNAMIC IMPEDANCE EVOLUTION AND ENERGY DISSIPATION MECHANISM OF METAL–RUBBER DAMPING CLAMPS USED IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE PIPING SYSTEMS</dc:title>

<dc:description>This work is divided into four types of data, including force hammer test (Figure 5), static and dynamic test (Figure 7), mechanical impedance test (Figure 8), energy dissipation test (Figures 9 and 10). The sensors mainly used in the data acquisition equipment are force hammer sensor, acceleration sensor (IEPE), and force sensor (PE). The test process is detailed in Section 2 of the article, and the raw data is detailed in the physical file of the dataset. The explanation for these data is as follows. Firstly, the force hammer test data is the average power spectral density of acceleration and force directly tested through the modal analysis module in the signal acquisition system. This data was applied in the article without any data processing methods, and the interface diagram of the test results was also packaged into the physical file of the dataset; Secondly, both static and dynamic data include high temperature (300 ℃) and normal temperature (25 ℃) static and dynamic data. It should be noted that the calculation of static stiffness requires polynomial fitting of static compression data and differentiation of displacement; Thirdly, the mechanical impedance data is obtained by calculating the frequency domain signals of force and acceleration through frequency sweep experiments. In this paper, the mechanical impedance is smoothed to smooth out signal clutter and preserve the trend of change; Fourthly, energy dissipation data also includes static and dynamic data, where static data has not been processed, while dynamic data has been fitted with Fourier series (5th order) to obtain a smooth and closed hysteresis loop for calculating dissipated work. </dc:description>
