<dc:description>The data includes simulation and experiment data:1. The 3m accelerator tube of SLAC is used for simulation, the data of which involves cell number, group velocity, and attenuation factor. Fig2-data.csv provides the above data.2. In order to verify such equivalence, simulations are conducted in Matlab Simulink by constructing a distributed-parameter circuit with a multi-segment TL, the result is shown in Fig3.png.3. In order to carry out experimental verification, when RF breakdown occurs, the beam signals and RF power signals recorded by oscilloscope are separately in Fig5a.jpg and Fig5b.jpg.4. The data that RF power signals after superimposed by several rounds of breakdown is recorded by oscilloscope and shown in Fig8.jpg.</dc:description>
