<dc:description>This is the data file related to the article entitled "Combination of a reaction cell and an ultra-high vacuum system for the in situ preparation and characterization of a model catalyst". The data were collected by quadrupole mass spectrometer, Auger electron spectroscopy and low-energy electron diffraction. OriginPro 2022 was used to analyze these original data to create ".opj" files. Solidworks was used to design the system and draw the schematic diagrams of the chambers. The low-energy electron diffraction patterns were collected by a high-definition camera and were shown without processing. Additional information about these data can be found in the paper.</dc:description>
