<dc:description>This dataset provides the supporting data for a cross-validated absorbed-dose-to-water dosimetry study of ultra-high-dose-rate (UHDR) electron beams for FLASH radiotherapy. The data were generated to evaluate the dosimetric performance, metrological traceability, and long-term stability of the flashDiamond (fD) detector under conventional dose-rate (CDR) and UHDR irradiation conditions. The dataset consists of three main components: (1) Monte Carlo simulation data, including electron-beam dose distributions, percentage depth-dose (PDD) data, and related simulation results used for experimental validation and energy-response corrections; (2) fD detector stability data, including repeated measurements at different time points and comparisons with the built-in ionization-chamber monitoring system, used to assess long-term detector response stability; and (3) calibration and correction-factor data, including fD calibration coefficients obtained through different traceability routes and radiation-quality and related dosimetric correction parameters used in the study. These data support the Monte Carlo simulations, cross-validation of the fD detector, long-term stability assessment, and absorbed-dose measurements reported in the associated manuscript, and are provided to facilitate verification and reproducibility of the reported results.</dc:description>
