2026-09-03 Data and code supporting “Design and Ground Validation of an Integrated Instrument for Energetic Proton Spectroscopy and Unmoderated Thermal-Neutron Monitoring in LEO” doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00186.000yz en This dataset supports the ground calibration and validation of an integrated instrument combining a symmetric silicon–CsI(Tl) proton telescope and an unmoderated helium-3 proportional counter for co-located low-Earth-orbit radiation measurements. The dataset includes raw and processed proton-beam calibration data at 30–50 MeV, calibration and peak-fitting results, assembled proton-telescope measurements and reconstructed event data, thermal-neutron, cobalt-60 gamma-ray, and background spectra, as well as Geant4 source code and simulation outputs used for the transport-efficiency and CsI(Tl) response-broadening analyses.
