<dc:title>Simulation and axial through-wire experimental dataset for an in-air ACCT with dual-boundary electromagnetic decoupling</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00186.01201</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset supports the manuscript &amp;ldquo;Dual-boundary electromagnetic decoupling enables an in-air ACCT.&amp;rdquo; It contains CST electromagnetic-simulation results obtained under Gaussian proton-beam, winding-driven and axial through-wire excitation, including parameter studies of the beam-pipe gap, PEEK insulating flange, 1J85 permalloy shielding shell and beam-pipe wall thickness. It also includes axial through-wire measurements for five conductive-boundary configurations, a 3&amp;ndash;20 mA current sweep, a 100&amp;ndash;900 &amp;mu;s pulse-width sweep and repeatability tests. Raw CSV files, oscilloscope images, processed data, Python analysis scripts, Origin project files, model descriptors, equipment parameters, a README file and SHA-256 checksums are provided to support verification of the dual-boundary electromagnetic-decoupling mechanism, reconstruction of the reported figures and assessment of the complete readout-chain bench performance. The experimental results were obtained using axial through-wire excitation and do not constitute absolute proton-beam calibration. Full CST mesh and field-cache files, which exceed 100 GB and can be regenerated from the supplied model descriptors and scripts, are not included.</dc:description>
