2025-11-09 RNA-seq raw data of K407 vs L1 mutant for article "The null mutant of BnaA01.AP2 via CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing exhibits enhanced seed oil yield in Brassica napus L." doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00210.00057 en Developing seeds were selected at 28 days after pollination (DAP) from L1 plants for RNA-seq analysis to investigate the potential downstream targets of BnaA01.AP2, with ‘K407’ as control. The developing seeds at 28 DAP from at least 10 individual plants of each line were used for the RNA-seq experiment.
