2026-01-13 Rice fructokinase RNA-seq doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00210.00089 en RNA-seq analysis was performed using the single mutants (osfrk1, osfrk2, osfrk3) and double mutant (osfrk1 × osfrk2), with WT Nipponbare as control. The tillering stage rice leaves were harvested for total RNA extraction. The RNA-seq data were sequenced at the Suzhou Panomix company. The data were mapped to reference genome (MSU 7.0 version).
