<dc:description>This dataset contains coordinate data for model construction; Atomic coordinate data and displacement vector data corresponding to four typical vibration configurations; Schematic diagram of complete cycle vibration and code for calculating skyrmions. Coordinate data is used to describe the spatial position of each atom in a two-dimensional structure, while vector data records the local displacement direction and magnitude under the corresponding configuration. The attached code can be used to calculate topological charge density and skyrmion number based on discrete vector fields, for reconstructing vector textures in the image and analyzing topological features under different vibration configurations. The unit of data related to displacement is angstroms, the unit of data related to velocity is angstroms/picosecond, and the time step in dump data is 0.001 picoseconds Among them, files 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 are Vesta data, and file 9 is POSCAR data, which is the data in Figure 1 of this article, corresponding to the configuration coordinate data of the six small graphs; The four files starting with velocity and displacement are the data of ovito, which is shown in Figure 2 of this article; The files for displacement and ninth order resonance are also shown in Figures 3 and 4 of this article; The cycle is dump data, generated directly by LAMMPS, which can be visualized and exported in OVITO, as shown in Figure 5 of this article; Calculate the program usage speed, remove the header from the file starting with displacement, and enter it to obtain the data in Figure 6 </dc:description>
