2025-02-24 Carbon Neutrality Process, Market Policy, and China’s Low-Carbon Economic Transition: Study Based on Prefecture-Level City Data doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00214.00118 en The data for this study are derived from the China City Statistical Yearbook, the China Energy Statistical Yearbook, the Atmospheric Composition Analysis Group, and the official website of the National Bureau of Statistics. The time span of the panel data is from 2006 to 2020. This period was selected considering that the national carbon market was officially launched on July 16, 2021. To avoid any potential impact of this event on the conclusions of this study, the sample period was truncated at 2020.
