The use of teaching methods including establishing SPOC online educational resources, conducting offline flipped classrooms, and exploring the ideological and political elements within the core knowledge system, can help enhance teachers’ teaching effectiveness, students’ learning experience, and stimulate students' interest in immunology knowledge.
