2026-05-28 Aging-related psoriasis combined with heart failure dataset doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00217.13427 en Using the keyword "Psoriasis," we searched for PSO-related gene expression datasets in the GEO database (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/) and ultimately selected GSE50790, GSE78097, and GSE166388 as the training set, with GSE30999 as the test set. Using the keyword "Heart Failure," we retrieved HF-related gene expression datasets and selected GSE8331, GSE21610, and GSE76701 as the training set, with GSE16499 as the test set. Single-cell in silicoknockdown analysis was performed using the PSO dataset GSE20201 and the HF dataset GSE298023.After excluding irrelevant samples, the PSO training set comprised 49 samples, including 35 PSO cases and 14 healthy controls; the PSO test set comprised 170 samples, including 85 PSO cases and 85 healthy controls; and the PSO single-cell dataset included 14 samples, with 7 PSO cases and 7 healthy controls. The HF training set comprised 50 samples, including 38 HF cases and 12 healthy controls; the HF test set comprised 30 samples, including 15 HF cases and 15 healthy controls; and the HF single-cell dataset included 18 samples, comprising 16 HF cases and 2 controls.
