<dc:title>Differences in carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus cycling functional genes among different fertilization treatments</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00231.0002k</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>Based on a 44-year long-term positioning experiment in the black soil region, four treatments were selected: no fertilization (NoF), chemical fertilizer alone (CF), organic manure alone (M), and combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic manure (CFM). High-throughput gene chip technology (GeoChip 5.0) was employed to systematically analyze the composition of soil microbial functional genes and their ecological functional potential. Based on the probe signal intensity data after quality control and normalization, the signal intensity of functional genes was calculated as the sum of the encoded functional genes, representing the metabolic potential. Using this dataset, differential analyses of microbial functional genes among treatments were conducted.</dc:description>
