2025-12-26 Functional annotation of the phage vB_EcoP_Z06 gene doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00231.00033 en Firstly, the nucleic acid extraction and library construction of bacteriophage vB_EcoP_Z06 were carried out, and sequencing was performed using DNBSEQ-T7. To ensure the reliability of subsequent information analysis results, we used fastp [1] to filter and quality control the obtained raw sequencing data, cut adapters, remove low-quality reads and reads with high N content, and obtain clean reads. Use metaSPAdes software to perform de novo assembly on clean reads, while selecting different k-mer lengths for testing and obtaining the best assembly results. Then, use BWA software to align clean reads to the assembled genome sequence for statistical coverage.
