<dc:description>This dataset is the attachment data of the paper "Screening, Identification, and Characteristics Analysis of Salt tolerant and Salt tolerant Promoting Bacteria in Earthworm Intestines". It mainly includes the attached figures and supplementary files formed during the research process, which are used to supplement the explanation of the source of the tested earthworms, the composition of the culture medium, and the preliminary screening results of the isolated strains in the earthworm intestine. The data was generated during the isolation, screening, and functional evaluation of salt tolerant and growth promoting bacteria in the gut of earthworms. The tested earthworms were collected from the Science Park of China Agricultural University (40.023852 ° N, 116.28213 ° E), and were preliminarily identified as Pheretima guillelmi through morphological observation. Figure 1 is a morphological observation image of the tested earthworms, used to assist in explaining the source of earthworm samples and the basis for morphological identification. Appendix 1 contains the formula and composition information of the culture medium used in this study, recording the main components, dosages, and units of LB medium, CAS medium, inorganic phosphorus medium, Mengjinna organic phosphorus medium, Ashby nitrogen free medium, and EPS medium. Appendix 2 presents the preliminary screening results of strains isolated from the earthworm gut, recording the strain numbers and their growth promoting characteristics, including iron carrier production ability, organic phosphorus solubility, inorganic phosphorus solubility, nitrogen fixation ability, indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) production ability, and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) production ability. The "√" in the table indicates that the corresponding function has been detected, while the "-" indicates that the corresponding function has not been detected or that the indicator is not applicable to the corresponding strain, indicating that the data is not missing. The data mainly comes from laboratory cultivation, plate screening, colorimetric determination, and morphological observation. Possible errors mainly come from cultivation conditions, manual operation, and instrument measurement errors. The relevant experimental results have been controlled through repeated measurements and statistical analysis. </dc:description>
