The "data" folder contains TOA data for 13 bands from Sentinel-2, in .npy format, which needs to be read using Python's NumPy library. The "label" folder contains the plume mask files, as well as .npy files and .png files for visualization, with their names corresponding one-to-one with the data in the "data" folder.
