<dc:title>Research Progress on Early Biomarkers of Alzheimer's Disease</dc:title>

<dc:description>Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a type of neurodegenerative disease, which has become a serious public health problem with the continuous intensification of the global aging phenomenon. Therefore, to effectively delay disease progression, prolong the duration of high-quality life for patients, and meet the needs of large-scale early screening for AD in community populations, the demand for early diagnosis and intervention of AD has become increasingly urgent. This article systematically reviews the core pathological changes occurring in the early stage of the classic pathological process of AD, identifies novel biomarkers that can serve as early diagnostic targets for AD, provides clues for the transformation of theoretical research into clinical practice, and is of great significance for alleviating the medical burden in an aging society.</dc:description>
