<dc:description>The dataset used in this study consists of two main parts. First, Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the device structure plotted using the drawing tools in MATLAB. Second, the raw data for Figures 2 to 12 are all obtained via numerical simulation with the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method on Lumerical software and exported as .txt files.During simulation, key parameters including device geometric dimensions, material refractive indices, incident wavelength range and polarization states are defined to calculate the optical transmission characteristics of the micro-nano photonic devices. The exported .txt files record response curves under various operating conditions, with wavelength set as the horizontal axis and normalized transmittance as the vertical axis. All simulated data are subsequently processed, analyzed and visualized using Origin to generate the result plots presented in this paper.Numerical errors inevitably exist in simulated results due to mesh resolution, numerical dispersion, boundary conditions and other simulation settings, whose magnitude is primarily determined by mesh size. Nevertheless, such deviations fall within the acceptable range for theoretical calculations. The submitted .txt files can be directly opened by any text editor or scientific computing software without extra formatting requirements.</dc:description>
