<dc:title>Mechanisms of the Impact of Cross-Appointment on Researchers' Innovative Achievements</dc:title>
<dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00289.000d8</dc:identifier>

<dc:description>This data is mainly used to analyze the impact mechanism of cross employment on the innovation achievements of scientific research talents. With the support of the Talent Office of the Organization Department of the Z Provincial Party Committee, a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data on research talents from "Double First Class" universities and research institutes in the eastern Z Province. Ultimately, 539 questionnaires were obtained. The data covers core variables such as cross employment, innovation achievements, resource acquisition, academic exchanges, research autonomy, and administrative burden reduction. During the data collection process, this study screened the items to confirm whether the participants held formal positions in two or more units at the same time, and then asked them to fill out subsequent questionnaires. This data is mainly used to test the direct impact of cross employment on innovation achievements, the dual mediating effect of resource acquisition and academic exchange, and the differential moderating effect of research autonomy and administrative burden reduction. It provides a micro basis for optimizing talent sharing policies and building a collaborative governance system for educators that stimulates innovation vitality. </dc:description>
