2026-05-06 Study on the Innovation Promotion Effects of Government Subsidies for Corporate Postdoctoral Programs: Dataset doi:10.57760/sciencedb.j00289.00282 en This dataset takes A-share companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2010 to 2022 as the initial research sample. Observations belonging to the financial industry, containing missing variables, subject to Special Treatment (ST) in the current year, or having negative net assets per share were excluded. All continuous variables were winsorized at the 1st and 99th percentiles. Patent-related data were obtained from the CNRDS and WinGo databases, while financial data were sourced from the CSMAR database and Wind Financial Terminal. Utilizing annual report web crawlers, the establishment and operation of postdoctoral research stations, mobile stations, and innovation practice bases were quantified based on word frequency results from the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) section. Data regarding special government subsidies for corporate postdoctoral programs were similarly extracted through text analysis.
