Specifically, they cover policy topics, characteristic words, and intensity distributions at the central, provincial, and municipal levels. These were extracted and classified for industrial internet policies at the central, provincial, and municipal levels using the LDA model, and the intensity of the topics was calculated to form this dataset. Through this appendix file, readers can have a more comprehensive and detailed understanding of the analysis process and research conclusions of the paper.
